We currently have over 100 members of full time staff, ranging from office workers to butchers, curers, packers, and delivery drivers. All our staff are medically screened and hold food hygiene certificates.
Our 26000sq ft factory has been purpose built to the highest standard, and for the past 3 years we have attained the BRC Global Standard - Grade AA+ Highest Level Food Safety Certificate. Within our quality management system New Century Foods operates a fully complian HACCP System.
We are constantly investing and improving our production facilities, hence in 2009 we installed a brand new, state-of-the-art smoking facility, further adding to our wide range of products and services we have to offer. Not only do we smoke our own cured products, we also provide this facility for third parties.
We have the latest technology computer controller refrigeration to ensure our products are constantly held at the optimum temperature. Through this technology, our on-site team of engineers are able to ensure an immediate response is met to deal with any technical issue that may arise, therefore maximising our products shelf life and quality.
Our fleet of refrigerated vehicles provide a reliable, speedy and efficient service for our large customer base, delivering within a 200 mile radius. Our delivery drivers have an excellent knowledge of our products and are also at the forefront to deal with any customers' enquiries. We also deliver throughout the British Isles using third party refrigerated transport companies, to provide 24 hour, 7 day a week service.
Our sales team have all worked with the company for an average of 15 years therefore have an extrememly good knowledge of the company and it's great quality products we have to offer. All enquiries are met with a professional aproach and our aim is to provide the best service and products second to none.
